This is the Mk1 Cavalier I have had a few years. Its the exact same model and colour as the car my Dad had when I was a kid, he used it to tow the Glenelg to the Yorkshire coast in the 80's. Im planning on using this aswell as the Landy  |

Great looking car Mick, my father had one of these when they first came out as well, it was this very model that caused me the problems with my knees!  I was working on a 'Square steering wheeled' Allegro when he pulled into the drive the first few days after he got the car, having replace the shorter Astra with it, when he forgot the nose was a foot longer and trapped me between the two vehicles. On realising his error he panicked and got back into the car and instead of putting it in reverse put it into first and slammed into me again leaving his mark behind, at least I got a week of work for it! LOL  Boy did it hurt, and on colder days still does! Dad sure knows how to keep memories alive ! ;D |

Sold this last year as it was too good to use daily and I needed to free up some money. Unused car in the garage so it went :-(
