That is indeed a great looking van Mick. as Danny says in his description the unique stickers on the roof could be easily removed, I believe using a hair dryer is a trick the garages use.
Very impressed with his detailed description, obviously showing just how loved the van is.
Checking out your signature I see you now have and potentially will have 10 vans and are still after the very rare and elusive Glenelg, all you need now is a campsite to put them all or is that the grand plan! I do wonder how the boss feels on all these vans having made noises when you just had two.
Thanks for adding the link, hadn't spotted that one on EBay.

I seem to have collected a few yes ;D A local storage yard has been sold so there are a few oldies to clear out and as I know then I helped out. Most are scruffy/scrap or sheds but they are selling... 2 are going tomorrow As I have room I will collect others to sell on, all except the Thomson and the 'New' Sprite ;D ;D

Great stuff Mick, the penny's earned will certainly help with the cost of living these days, and of course keep the 'personal' vans in good order!
Wish I had your energy! lol

I dont have much energy Graham...just a crazy way of doing things! I wish I had the time to do half what I need to but work and family take all the time I have then the money side of it as you know its never easy!
Im going to keep this one back and do a bit of work to it, I have a similar age, size and condition Ace Pioneer coming, very tidy and still has the gas lamps same as the 'Nevis. I hope to get a good price for it as its so good..I know glass windowed caravans have a limited market...

If any of the vans have a door handle for a 67 miniglen then one of the new members, Annie Atkinson, is looking for one, hope you can help Annie. I have also discovered that there is gas pipe in my 81 Glennevis going up to the centre space where a gas light appears to have been fitted once so if you have one of the lamps I would be greatful if you could let me know and how much you want for it. I was the same as you a decade or two ago, worked for myself 18 hr shifts and tried to attend to and enjoy family life as well, afraid in those daYS the 'hobby' suffered from the lack of time. Nowadays i wonder how I fitted it all in as I try to squash things into the good days when I am able and find a long list of to do jobs growing, and I only have to do the wee stuff. Looking back I don't think I would have changed a thing! ;D
